How to order pumps from Calliope Pumps
Seven steps from the first inquiry to shipping and after-sales support. Minimum order quantity, packaging and lead time are stated in your written quotation.

Send your requirement
Tell us the model or series you are interested in, the duty point (flow and head), the power supply on site and the quantity. A photo of the installation or the existing nameplate helps.
Your part: Use the inquiry form or email our export desk.

Specification review
Our engineers check the duty against the model table and confirm the recommended model, the voltage and frequency setting, the pressure set point and the connection sizes.
Your part: Answer any questions on site conditions or inlet arrangement.

Quotation
We issue a written quotation covering the model, unit price, minimum order quantity and packaging, lead time and the documents included.
Your part: Confirm the model list, the quantity and any certification requirement.

Sample request
If you want to check build quality before a bulk order, we quote a sample order so you can test build quality, pressure behaviour and packing first.
Your part: Tell us the sample quantity and we will include it in the quotation.

Production
Production is scheduled against the confirmed specification. Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001, and each unit is checked before packing.
Your part: Share artwork or nameplate requirements for OEM/ODM orders before production.

Inspection and packing
Units are inspected and packed for export. We can take inspection photos before dispatch, and packing marks are prepared to match your shipping documents.
Your part: Confirm the packing marks, shipping marks and inspection requirement.

Shipping and follow-up
We share the shipping documents for the order. After delivery, our after-sales desk handles installation questions, settings and spare parts.
Your part: Keep the documents and the handover notes for service records.

- Minimum order quantity (MOQ): 50 units in kraft-paper cartons, with your brand label available. 300 units in color boxes, with the packaging layout designed entirely to your requirements.
